Herman and Max are the best of friends. Together, they enjoy picking seeds, telling each other stories and inventing games. One day, while they are having fun by the shore, they discover strange boxes of food.
Herman decides to open one, then swallow its entire contents.
But unfortunately, it was a very bad idea.
Anchored in the imagination, the marvelous and the supernatural, Herman's story follows the pattern of the classic tale. Max, Herman's faithful companion, will try by all means to help his friend ward off bad luck.
