ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.
All our prices are in $CAD.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and do not sell or distribute your name, email address or shipping address.
SALES TAX
All Canadian customers will be required to pay sales taxes applicable to their province. We do not charge sales taxes to customers residing outside of Canada, but please be advised that you remain responsible for duties and customs applicable to your country upon receipt of the package.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are usually shipped via Canadapost (unless we find a better deal for you through another carrier).
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. For custom orders, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not deliver orders on weekends.
We use Standard Shipping:
Canada: 4-6 days with a tracking number and $100 insurance.
International: 3-4 weeks no insurance or tracking number.
You can contact us by email before placing your order if you wish to use another postal service.
The above deadline is an indicative estimate. It sometimes arrives earlier or takes longer depending on the customs or post company in your country.

WE DO NOT MARK ITEMS AS “GIFTS” AND WE MARK THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE SHIPMENT, SO THAT YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE WHEN LOST WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we send the package it is between post offices - please contact Canada Post with your tracking number for more information on the location of your package (items sent without tracking or insurance , The post office cannot verify its location because it does not have tracking), you can also track your package on the Canada website www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the mailing address listed on the purchase order - no refunds for this reason will be given.
RETURN POLICY
WE DO OUR BEST to photograph our items - please remember that the color of the image may appear differently depending on your computer screen. Due to the uniqueness of the fabrics and handmade elements, each item may vary slightly from the one in the photo.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund or exchange the item. Item must be unused and in salable condition with original packaging.
- For refunded items: we cannot refund the cost of shipping. When an item is returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
- For items you wish to exchange/refund: you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs for the package returned to you.
-Mark "RETURN" on the package and send it by postal service - no returns with a COURIER. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package is returned to us.
If an item is damaged due to postal shipping (for insured items only), contact us to file a claim with the Post Office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.
All gift certificate purchases are final
All “SALES ITEMS” or special orders are final sales.
Send us your request within 5 working days of receipt of your order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the item for longer.
MAINTENANCE
When only the surface is dirty, wipe with a towel dampened with cold water and a little soap designed specifically for wool (eg: Eucalan).
For a thorough wash, immerse in cold, soapy water and squeeze gently, without twisting or pulling to avoid felting of wool fill. If you use Eucalan soap, rinsing is not necessary; otherwise rinse in cold water until the water runs clear without twisting or pulling. Allow to dry in the open air.
